These small paintings have been built up with multiple layers of plaster & acrylic on chunky wood panels. Inspired by a favorite photo (last) taken on our 2019 trip to the Ebro Delta on the east coast of Spain, these abstract landscapes were conceived in the spirit of Rothko.
